Shipping & Delivery Terms
At protocart.in, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price, and delivery. We have partnered with the best shipping companies in India to ensure that your product reaches you on time and in the best conditions.

Thanks for choosing our website for sportswear, sports goods, and fitness equipment. When do you place an order and get confirmation then our team follows the process of dispatch and sends email or message confirmation?

We strongly advise all customers to check goods/items thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.

1. We dispatched all order via Speed Post, Courier and Cargo.

2. To see where your order is in the delivery process please use your Track and Trace number sent in your order dispatch confirmation email.

3. Please supply a correct delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery.

4. A signature is required for your delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

5. While most orders are processed and collected by the courier the same day of business, please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery. Rural and some nonconnectivity residential areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery.

6. If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you of this as soon as we can. Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.

7. Shipments for domestic and international clients.

Delivery Charges & Terms: –
We’re pleased to offer nationwide delivery at a nominal rate on all orders.

We delivered shipments to outside India. All foreign orders will be dispatched as per the shipping company tariff (freight rate) chart.

And we are delivering for the foreign clients as per item weight and volume weight. We will assure you for a reasonable price of courier charges via Aramex, DHL, Fed EX and EPS.

COD Charges:-
These charges are applicable for South and West Delhi Client. And we do not offer COD option for any other locality or city.
