We will arrange for the replacement or refund. Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.

1. Customers can cancel orders within 1 day after place order.

2. The customer needs to raise an alert with us within 2 days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.

3. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or items not ordered by you, please contact our customer care.

4. Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.

5. protocart – protocart.in retains the right to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification protocart – protocart.in will either reship/replace the product to the customer.

6. In case the product is defective or damaged then the protocart – protocart.in team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.

7. In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order.

8. The customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.

9. If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.

10. All the Refunds, Replacement will be processed once the returns are received at our office.

11. We will refund payment within 3-7 Days and product replacement within (7-15 Days).

12. We will take bank transaction charge 2% + GST 18% only refunds payment.
